Arika Rogers has loved to write for most of her life. Because of this, she decided to become a journalist. She did her first two years at College of Lake County, earning her Associates degree. Now she is studying Communications with a focus in Journalism at Governors State University in order to earn her Bachelors degree. A year after enrolling, she was offered a job as the official blogger for This Week @ GSU (TWAG) by its producer. Since it was right up her ally, she jumped at the chance to gain more experience and meet the awesome crewmembers of TWAG.

Felice Kimbrew
TWAG Producer
Felice Kimbrew transferred in to Governors State University as a junior fall of 2014. Amongst becoming the first Prairie Place Hall Council President, she started her media career as a Production Assistant working in the Digital Marketing and Media Communications Department. After her first semester working for the department, she started working for the GSU Sports Media team as the Videographer and Assistant Editor. Now she currently works for TWAG as the Assistant Producer and the Vice President/ Co-Founder of the GSU Media Society. Felice will be graduating with her Bachelors of Arts in May 2016, and plans to further her education for the 2016 fall semester.

Cherish Brown

Cherish is a student in the Communications progam with a concentration in Advertising/Public Relations. Also having interests in journalism, she enjoys staying abreast of current events and getting involved with community issues. With a background in performing arts, she also enjoys the stage. This past spring she joined the cast of Anne Sexton's, "Transformations" (Directed by Dr. Patrick Santoro), which was comprised of Governors State University students and faculty. She loves being a part of TWAG and working to help impact GSU in a positive way!
